Service Description
Create unforgettable memories with our Sensory Explorer Party Package. Includes a sensory bottle art experience. Customize your child's special day with sensory-focused activities and enjoy exclusive access to our play space, ensuring a fun and safe celebration for all guests. In this package 15 participants and their caregivers get private use of the entire space for 2.5 hours plus 15 minutes prior to the event to get settled before your guests arrive. Party favors are provided in addition to birthday balloons, disposable dinner, cake plates, napkins and utensils, linen table coverings, and complementary coffee, tea and water. The special birthday guest will receive a birthday book and their age written in the sand upon arrival. Your party host will be there to make sure your party is flawless from start to finish. They will set up, clean up and keep track of time so that you don’t have to. If you choose to celebrate with birthday dessert and candles please be sure to bring them along with you. All food and drinks are to be kept in the party room at all times. Additional participants can be added at $25 each please be sure to let us know in advance so that we can be sure to have enough party favors and craft supplies for your event.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your booking deposits are non refundable. If your booking is for 1:00 on Sunday you must cancel by 1:00 two Sundays prior to your party by email info@exploreyoursenses.com. Your email must include your full name, contact information, party date, and time. All bookings require $150 security deposit at the time of booking. Leaving your party late will lead to a $75 fee starting at 10 minutes after your event concludes for every 30 minutes over your scheduled party time. You may request to add time to your party in advance if there are not bookings following your scheduled party time starting at $75 per 30 extra minutes.
