Service Description
Create unforgettable memories with our Relaxed Party Package. Customize your child's special day with sensory-focused activities and enjoy exclusive access to our play space, ensuring a fun and safe celebration for all guests. In this package 15 participants get private use of the space for 2 hours. Party favors are provided in addition to complementary coffee, tea and water. The special birthday guest will receive a birthday book. This package is for the families that just want to play. Your party host is there to set up, clean up and keep track of time so that you don’t have to. If you would like to include additional participants you may do so at an additional $20 each, each participant includes up to 2 caregivers. You may bring your own cake/cupcakes and candles, and food that may be served at room temperature. Cake and food must stay in the party room and we ask that little hands are clean prior to returning to the play area. We provide table coverings, paper plates, cups, and plastic ware. You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party’s start time. Party time Monday- Thursday: 5-7PM.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation please let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your booking to receive a refund on your security deposit. If your booking is for 1:00 on Sunday you must cancel by 1:00 two Sundays prior to your party to receive a refund email info@exploreyoursenses.com. Your email must include your full name, contact information, party date, and time. You may cancel or reschedule your party at any time up to 24 hours prior to the day of your booking but a refund of your security deposit will not be applicable with short notice. All bookings require $150 security deposit at the time of booking. Leaving your party late will lead to a $75 fee for every 30 minutes over your scheduled party time. You may request to add time to your party in advance if there are not bookings following your scheduled party time starting at $75 per 30 extra minutes.
